Returns & Shipping
SignVibe (signvibe.com) is a Signs OverNITE guide site. Orders are placed and shipped by our online stores, so the store you buy from handles returns and shipping. Here is a summary; the store’s own Returns page is the full policy.
Returns
- Chrome products (chrome emblems, chrome letters & numbers and other chrome items): only unopened items can be returned, within 30 days of delivery. The buyer pays the return shipping. Refunds are issued the same day the returned item is received.
- Signs, stickers and decals: all signs, stickers and decals are custom made, so they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
- Contact us before returning an item so we can review the order and give you the correct next step.

Shipping on our online stores
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days) $3.85 (default for U.S. orders) · Priority Shipping $9.95 (paid upgrade: 2-3 days, includes a tracking number, USA only) · Overnight Shipping $38.85
- Standard Shipping is free on U.S. orders over $55.00 USD. Priority and Overnight are always charged.
- Tracking information is only available when Priority or Overnight Shipping is selected.
- International Shipping $28.85 applies to every order shipping outside the United States.

Custom sign, banner and wrap work from Signs OverNITE is quoted individually. Ask about your project when you request a quote. All signs are custom made, so they cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
